Hi! I'm Alina Marinescu, a visual artist, and illustrator based in Bucharest, Romania. I've studied at the National University of Arts, Bucharest, and got a BA degree and MA degree in Graphic Arts. I create my illustrations in both digital and traditional techniques. My work is inspired by human relationships and emotions, and I often use visual metaphors to tell stories or to express ideas. My imagery is insightful, dreamy, bold, and colorful. I've always enjoyed experimenting and mixing materials, and in my more recent personal projects, I use mixed media to challenge my boundaries and play with kitsch.
