WHERE IS SHE?

This series of 21 illustrated portraits was made for an interdisciplinary educational project called ''Where is she?''. The project's goal is to draw attention to the absence of female artists from museums or galleries around the world, and it consisted of a series of courses that had the goal to familiarize the public with important modern and contemporary female artists. The portrayed artists are: Amalia Ulman, Ana Mendieta, Anne Imhof, Barbara Hepworth, Charlotte Moorman, Georgia O'Keefe, Hellen Frankenthaller, Joan Mitchell, Judy Chicago, Lee Krasner, Linda Montano, Louise Bourgeois, Louise Nevelson, Marisol Escobar, Pipilotti Rist, Rachel Whiteread, Shigeko Kubota, Sondra Perry, Vera Molnár.
